You won't want to miss our first Open House of the season which is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 5-7 pm Happy Hour in conjunction with Peggy Hoag Realtor. Deadline to RSVP is Sunday, April 3.


The historic I.L. Smith House at 16th and Main features beautiful wood floors, built-ins, and an ADU upstairs! The open house includes refreshments and live music.

While this is  free event, we are hoping guests will make a suggested minimum donation of $5 to help kick off our event fundraising season.

A donation jar will be available at the event if you prefer to donate offline.

This lovely home was on the Home Tour in 2016. The owners have done a lovely job of updating with period influence. If you missed it then, or want to see it again, invite your friends and RSVP.  We will have a limited number of "tickets" available with preference to FHFG members.
