More about these homes:

The Crosley House at 2125 A Street was constructed in 1895 as the home of Forest Grove’s studio photographer Harry Crosley and his wife Flora Belle Hines Crosley. The house is a striking example of the Victorian Period stick style and retains many original features such as the multi-colored small glass panes on the front parlor window. The porch has elaborate spindle and lattice work. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

The Blank House at 2117 A Street was built in 1858 and is locally known as the Old Stagecoach Stop. It is probably the oldest family-occupied house remaining in the city. The original owners were Stephen and Parthena McMillan Blank, who traveled the Oregon Trail in 1852 and purchased three acres in Forest Grove that year. Originally located facing 21st Avenue at A Street, the house was moved to its current location in 1893. In 1987 the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
